2nd Session Add On
Eligibility:
Campers currently in Grades 6, 7 & 8 who are attending First Session

All camp fees are in Canadian Dollars and are inclusive of room & board, programming, laundry, tuck, access to our summer photo gallery + unlimited photo downloads and our 2025 camp t-shirt (+ a sweatshirt for our SIT campers).
Bus transportation to/from camp from Vancouver or transportation to/from camp from the Kelowna airport is also included for all sessions except for K'tanim who need to be dropped off at camp by a loved one on August 8th around noon.
The fees listed above do not include mandatory Annual Family Membership to the Camp Hatikvah Foundation ($150). This amount is eligible for a Canadian charitable donation receipt and is charged by family rather than by camper.
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS:
The following non-refundable deposits will required at the time of application:
First Session: $1000
Second Session: $500
Giborim: $250
K’tanim: $250
SITs: $1500
First & Second Session Combo: $1500 (note that if a family decides to withdraw from Second Session after registration in the combo, we will retain $500 as a non-refundable deposit on this portion of the program).
All deposits will be taken by credit card (no transaction fees will be charged).
PAYMENT:
This year, we are pleased to introduce a new Direct Withdrawal payment plan to streamline the payment process. Payments will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account in three equal instalments, scheduled for January 1st, February 1st, and March 1st. To ensure a smooth transition, we will send you an invoice along with detailed instructions on how to set up the Direct Withdrawal in November. This will give you ample time to review the information and prepare for the upcoming payments.
Families who do not complete their Direct Withdrawal paperwork by December 15th 2024, will have their credit card on file charged in three instalments (January 1st, February 1st, and March 1st) along with a 3% transaction fee.
If paying in three instalments creates financial hardship for you, please reach out to us to create a custom payment plan.
Families that register after March 1st 2025 will be required to pay for camp in full at the time of application. This can be done by cheque or credit card (note a 3% transaction fee will be charged to families who use credit card).
REFUND POLICY:
Deposits are non-refundable.
The remainder of the camp fees paid are refundable provided written withdrawal from our program is received by email to admin@camphatikvah.com by February 28th 2025. Beyond this date, all fees are considered non-refundable.
